Posted - 04/11/2010 : 13:47:54 OK so I was told my snake would be fine sleeping in the total dark, but on every video I see, it seems they have lamps in there tanks to keep it bright. Just wondered if someone could help me out, is it safe to leave them in the dark overnight or do they need a lamp in there? Bare in mind my snakes only about 12 weeks old. |

Posted - 04/11/2010 : 15:59:02 OK thanks a lot folks, just wasn't too sure and didn't want to stress the snake or cause it any harm. |

Posted - 04/11/2010 : 14:41:28 All my corns are in our lounge. They have no lights in their vivs during the day for heating or at night (i only use heat mats)and all of them including the two 12 week olds seem quite happy with the fact that when we go to bed so do they. All lights out. Hope this helps. |
