Well I'm out of action. One dislocated knee and several torn muscles. I won the rugby game though

I dislocated my knee about 12 years ago, single most painful thing I have experienced, still twinges every now and then. Good luck with it mate, when you get offered physio, I strongly suggest you do it!

ouchies.. iv got damaged ligaments and tendons in my knee and that hurts like a b*tch - still use my crutches occassionally..

You know, even though I got laughed at, I think I had the right idea when at school: DO NOT, under any circumstances, show any enthusiasm for competitive sports. Mind you, at hockey I was an excellent left back ...
