| Ouch, that sounds painful. Hope you make a speedy recovery. I tore some muscles in my foot years ago, they heal well but they're never the same... |

ouchies.. iv got damaged ligaments and tendons in my knee and that hurts like a b*tch - still use my crutches occassionally..

| I dislocated my knee about 12 years ago, single most painful thing I have experienced, still twinges every now and then. Good luck with it mate, when you get offered physio, I strongly suggest you do it! |
