As kellog suggested i should put up his own thread so here is the old timer lol

He's 7 yr old and not a mean streak in him, loves to be held and when it comes to putting him back in viv he does everything to stay out lol.

He's lovely but he's only a middle aged snakey really :)

Hehe my Venom does that, he will wrap his tail around something when I put him back and as soon as I get the tail in, his head is out and he's trying to wrap himself around something again XD

I hope you let him watch ooglies.

A very special super, duper thanks for K :3

Well done for putting Snape in the limelight , he definitely deserves it!

It is lovely seeing pics of the bigger snakes....so we can show these youngsters what they have in store for them in quite a few years time ! Same question as Herriotfan - how long is he? And when did he reach his final length? (reason being Kellog is coming up for 5yrs old now and I am wondering if he is still growing)

Both mine are the same about being put back in their vivs. Kellog will wrap his tail around me (Silvesta hasnt learnt that bit yet) and both will then do this 'head dance' where they duck and dive and head in any direction instead of the direction I want them to go....into their vivs! I know some people query about whether snakes like to be handled and I do agree that you cant tame them, but rather that they grow to tolerate it - but going by the reaction of my 2 and Snape they definitely enjoy their 'free time' .

xxx
