If you forget your password and are having trouble logging onto the site, please do not re-register under another username as this causes unnecessary confusion.
Just email password_reset@thecornsnake.co.uk and we will send out a temporary password to you as soon as possible. This can then be changed in your user profile to whatever you would prefer for ease of remembrance.
Alternatively, if one of our admins is currently online, you could email them directly to remedy the situation more quickly. All admins are highlighted in red in the users online box and can be identified by a red star in their forum signatures.
