Well im new to the forum so thought id show you all my first snake. Only had her about 4 weeks now and shes settled in lovely. Eating perfectly fine but not shed yet (bit scared of this bit). A very lively charator when shes out and gets her confidence up, just a little jumpy at first.
I wouldn't worry about it not shedding yet, having only had her 4 weeks she might not have been due one. The thing that snakes like to do most is cause worry to their owners, I swear blind it's their favourite thing to do (after eating of course).
Gorgeous snake Matt and you are doing well with her considering you have only had her for 4 weeks. I do love her colours.
As Kehhlyr said, dont worry about the shedding bit, when she is ready to shed you should be able to spot the signs....with her going 'blue' - her colours dulling, eyes going cloudy and she will be partially blind so will probably go into hiding. I dont handle or feed mine from the point they go 'blue' to when they shed....but I know other forum members do. I think a lot depends on the snake. I just prefer to reduce the amount of stress I put my corns under.
Just remember that corns do it in the wild all the time without a problem....so try not to worry (that is what they want us to do )!
she is such a lil cutie :D She will shed soon i suspect but dont worry :D she will when she is ready :D
