still have not received viv, they told me that its out off stock now, yet they sent me an email saying it was delivered!!
should have stuck the old fashion way and went to the shop myself lol
itching to get harley in there!! |

| dont stress it mate. ive had the same issue with some of my orders. they say desptached but they were actually out of stock. they will deliver though, maybe worth cancelling and getting from someone who has it in! |

| Maybe you could order another viv off another website that is cheaper and if that comes before 888 reptiles tell them to cancel your order. |

Could be a bit of a hassle if 888's arrives and the other is on its was after being dispatched. I would either hang on for the 888 or cancel it and find one on a different website. Try Rocketpets.co.uk they have some pretty cheap vivs. |

Really, i've always found them to have good customer service. Some times take a while to respond to emails but it does state this on the website. I've phoned up before and found them to be very helpfull. |
