read the care sheet..
burms can easily grow past 15ft..and you need a 8x4 (minimum!!) enclosure for them..they can weigh up to 200lbs.. did i mention they can grow longer than 15ft...its recommended that you have two people there to feed them..when handling past 8-10ft its recommended that you have one person for every 3ft so a 12ft snake would need 4 people.. they like a soak in the bath.. oh and they can grow over 15ft long

Not to mention the 2 stone of poop they produce when they are adults- apparently the viv is left swimming in the stuff and you need a shovel to get it all out...

I totally agree with all of the above. Pythons are a notoriously lazy snake so don't need much room, but sufficient room for a burmese is about a 10ft long viv, or spare room (lol!) just because of the sheer size of them!! There is one in our local reptile rescue centre that is 18ft long and weighs 9 stone!!!!!!!!!!! Its not only the size of the snake thats a problem, but you'd probably need a new/large freezer to store its food!!! as an adult their main diet (in captivity) is large rabbits, hares and piglets!!!!!!

I would definately go for a Royal/Ball if it's still a python youre after, they only grow a foot or 2 bigger than a corn and still have that chunky python body shape
