I'd go for amel, possibly reverse okeetee due to the white banding around the saddles.

Also when my freind dropped off xena he mentioned how muscular colin is. Do you think he is overweight? I was looking at him last night and if you cut him in half he is defo arch shaped which is how i thought he was meant to be

cheers

I wouldn't want him getting any bigger, but he certainly isn't fat just yet.

If you can see his skin through his scales when he is lying straight (not curled up) then he is a little on the chubby side. Whats his feeding schedule?

im going with amel - hes lovely
if you are worried about him getting too chunky then you could give him a bigger mouse but extend the gap between feeds to about 10days

Thanks hannah I got three smalls in the freezzer when they are gone i will give him another try on a medium. I tried him on a medium some time ago (the guy i got him off in the shop told me he should be on mediums now) but he really struggled with it but that was about three months ago maybe its time he moved up i dont want him getting overweight

Edit-Additional info
Some of you may remember a while back ago I posted on the forum with a white line that appeared down his body and some of you suggested it may be scale seperation due to being overweight. This white line appeared a couple of days after I gave him that medium mouse (what I didnt realise at the time was he was going into shed the following day he went pale)
You suggested to put him back down to small mice and feed him every seven days which I have been doing an d as a result the white line has gone. To be fair he has always been a big snake (body wise)

if you have a lavamel then you'd know because they're not cheap ;) - unless you got it from a dopey pet shop who don't know what they bought from a dopey breeder who doesn't know what he sold! :D

When I got him he was about 30" long and a yearling he should have cost £60 but I got him for £40. I paid £110 all in for the snake and the set up which was sposed to include a budget of £ 40 for the snake but I was given a choice of snakes and my littel boy ethan inadvertently picked one that was sposed to be £60 but the rep dealer didnt say anything and let me take him.

Hes a very nice amel, as BE says, not enough white around the saddles to be a reverse. Doesnt detract from a very pretty snake though.
