Has anyone ever stacked vivariums up?

Just standard 3` Vivs, one on top of the other as opposed to a proper viv stack?

Is there any reason not too?

I would use small rubber feet to stop them sliding offm

Thanks

I have vivs stacked, I use a small set of steps to reach the lid on one of them.

Thanks alot.

Bibo - That looks like a cool set up, im aiming for something similar.

Do you use the heat mats as you would normally? I was wondering if the heat from the viv above would raise the ambient temp of the viv below? As the wood absorbs it?

Thanks

heat transfer is MUCH less of a problem when using mats, i've not personally had ANY problems using mats in my stacks

ceramics and IR's are a completely different matter though!!
