I have just needed to get something off a high shelf and a snake fell off. I think it is Max, as I was changing all the waters I found another snake has Got out. As it is also a Normal I have to be sure, but I think it is max as it is too far from the viv to be the new one that has only disappeared in the last 48 hrs.
They are definitely escape artists the baby got out though the gap between the sliding doors. Just fed Max it was starving, no hesitation just grab the pinky and took it straight down.
So pleased you found Max and he is ok, but so sorry you have lost another one! I just cant keep track!! At least having found Max you know the places to look and things to do....hope your other one is found soon.
Sad news about the other snake I found bits of it in the mouse cage, the mice have given birth but I think he was hungry and tried to get his food live. He must have been set upon by the adults.
Stumpy - That is terrible about your other snake, must have been horrible finding that. At least Max is safe and home, but I am so sorry you had to go through seeing that.
