Our new little amel (courtesy of gingerpony). He is a Christmas present for Angelina and she has no idea. She's been wanting a hatchling for ages.

Thanks GP he's great.

We stay at my parents each year from christmas eve till boxing day. So he is hidden in my parents bedroom.

The only spare socket for the heatmat is next to the bed...... my Dad is not impressed about sleeping next to a snakey. Lolololol he's not a snake person.

That is one lucky wife you have there and it should earn you bonus OH points you can cash in on for months to come!! And, of course, it means you 'gain' another snake in the process...sneaky!

Stunning snake...will be interesting seeing how it changes as it grows.

LOL.... yes GP really does work at a vets! It was great to meet you too, sorry if I took up too much of your time while you were at work!

He's a stunning little snake with quite a character. Nothing has fazed him at all, including being gift wrapped!! (of course I didn't wrap him! lolol). Plus, even with all the busy goings on of collecting/transporting him and having a new home/faun and being handled by his new family.....he still took it all in his stride and even strike feed his first pinkie with us (bloody fast strike too!).

Here are a few pics of him feeding.
