now that is good advice and is true, but if you do leave it in the hot end your corn will probably take ti as it will be more like body temp and give off more sent but as hannahB says dont leave it in as long |

I would be more worried about my snake eating something that has begun to rot than the smell!
I know when Kellog wasnt feeding I would try dangling the mouse, he would ignore it, so I would leave it in viv overnight...removing it in the morning.
Agree that the heat will help encourage your snake to eat cos of the warmth and smell, but it will also encourage decomposition.
