tape measure as well. solid is real lazy when you first get him out, so i can just put him in a straight line easy. the others squirm about but i can get a rough guesstimate whithout too much bother

I use this app:

http://www.serpwidgets.com/Apps/apps.html

Take a photo of your snake with an item that you know the length of. Calibrate the measurer by entering the known length then measure the snake. Simples .

Sheds stretch, they are usually 10-20% longer than the actual snake.

Nope. Just been out to the garden and I can't squeeze anything else in it. My shed definately doesn't stretch .

What? you don't have the 'Time and Relative Dimensions in Space' Shed??
I bought mine of a bloke up the road, he used to be a doctor. Brilliant shed that is, looks tiny on the outside but is massive inside.

That snake length calculator sounds cool, I'm gonna try that when I get my camera back :) Cranberry is too wiggly to measure with a tape measure and Luna constantly looks like a pretzel! she never stretches out! I have rough guess at Cranberrys length because she is in a 3 ft viv and she is just short of that ;)
