So here is the first pinkie that she has gobbled down with me! These were taken about 30 mins ago!
Im SO excited and SO pleased!!
She decided to eat it backwards...and now shes sleeping!
YAY!!!

The smiling pic is my fave!
Makes me start to giggle when I look at it!!
I was told when I bought her that she hatched on 2/10/2009- but then was told that she "May have been from the batch before" which was 1 week before that- so Im thinking possibly (I know NOTHING about Snakes really!!!) But she could be between 7-10 weeks old? maybe..?
Ive not weighed her yet! and Ive just fed her- so a bit annoyed with myself for not doing the first weigh in before the first feed!
Silly me- just too excited I guess!
I'll weigh her when I can handle her next!! So probably mid-week! And she is approx 13 inches long! Shes grown this week also!

She looks similar size to mine in that pic!!! Lol.
Stella is my first corn too, so were in the same boat, learning lots! I was told she had been in the pet shop for 16 weeks and was about 6 weeks when brought in, so shes almost 6 months. She is about 15" Long but struggling to measure her. She is 20g so i offered her 2 pinkies today (shes only ever had 1) and she took them both pretty quickly.
Youve got a lovely little corn there anyway! Is she Anerythistic?

And we're defiantly in the best place to do that!
My friend said that snakes from (some) shops are purposely kept small :( But if Stella is stuffing down 2 mice then I would think that she will grow nicely with you! And packing in 2 pinkies is pretty impressive! I cant imagine Slinx doing that!!
The only reason that I know she is 13 inches is because shes in a 12"x12"x12" Viv- and before being fed she would Snake-Around ALOT- I mean Seriously active and she would slink along the front of the viv- and her tail would just be round the corner!!
I honestly dont know what colour she is but ive been told but the Guys That Know here that shes Anery :) so I guess so!!
Stella looks like shes got some very delicate markings on her!
Is she likely to change colour alot?

Yeh im learning loads already!
Well i deffinitely think she has been underfed so far! I used the same technique for measuring, lol. She is in a 11" x 8" Faunarium, and she goes across the front and about 4" or 5" along the side! Lol.
I want an Anery next year! Im going to upgrade Stella into a 24" x 15" Viv in June when shes 12 months old, then get a baby Anery to go into the faunarium.
Im not sure how much Stella will change colour, but shes got some really nice markings on her at the moment so i hope she doesnt change too much! Ive looked at adult Snows on internet but they vary alot!

Skorps - Slinx is doing so well...it is great seeing the hatchlings feeding especially when we have a number of forum members struggling with non-feeders, so its always encouraging. I love that last pic...one very satisfied snake and a very proud mummy, obviously!

But then she did ignore the pinkie for 10 mins! And I was in tears then thinking that she was a non feeder!
