Lovely looking little baby ... you may want to consider the fact that he may get an impactation if he swallows any bedding whilst eating though - may want to think about either putting some paper over bedding when feeding, or taking snakie out and feeding in a rub or similar... J

Yeah i thought about that. We got the aspen bedding even though 1 pet shop told us to keep using wood chips! Theyre cheap n nasty and he could die if he ingested 1

I use beech chips mixed in with the aspen to create different textures- impactions can still (occasionally) happen with aspen. You could always put a piece of kitchen towel down to put the pinkie on.
