I heard that ripped up bits of damp kitchen roll are a good alternative to moss?

What you guys think?

Whats wrong with moss B.E is that my step mum doesn't want it in bags in the freezer.

Verm, can you keep it dry, at room temp, and use when needed?

Anyone got a linky to a site that sells it, I've tried 888 can't find it!
