Thanks folks, I think some of her red markings look a little bit like hearts and my niece thinks she looks like a giraffe! I can't wait for her to be a bit more docile as photo taking at the moment is very tricky! The photo's were just of her on one of her first outings in her new home and she was posing a bit I think for the camera!

I'm very jealous of everyones photos of their snakes half out of their enclosures or even on the floor! Medusa is far too fast and crafty to be able to do that, I guess that will come with time, she's only 8 months and still very wee.

Your time will come when you can do that with her, but at the moment she is too young and too fast. Not sure how old they are when they get to the point where you can give them a bit of freedom.....but even with Kellog I always keep my hand on him when he is out and about, just to remind him that I can grab him if he decides to make a slither for it!!
