you need to be aiming for normal room humidity around 50-60%,i personly dont monitor mine.Just make sure you dont have any condesation in the viv and the sustrate is dry,keep your water bowl at the cool end and move it to the warm end during shedding,if your really concerned you can buy a hydro meter to monitor it but dont buy a dial one as their inaccurrate,get a digi one.
