I was reading a magazine today wich had a useful idea for escaped snakes :

As cornsnakes are normally more nocturnal, the obviouse time for movement it during darkness.
Place some crinkly paper or plastic bags around the edges of the room, then sit in darkness with a torch and listen for any noise, then shine the torch at the noise and hopefully the snake.


I hope this is of some use.

That might come in handy flatpack as there has been a few escapees.

Would be good to add to the sticky thats been made about escapees - or has my brain totally gone into meltdown and there isnt a sticky about it

got a funny feeling the shops are gonna see a major rise in proplus n red bull soon, due to the number of snake inthousiasts that are eagerly awaiting signs of their escapees. Hope the idea works

there were some pretty good tips in that article but i was surprised to see someone recommending that you stick your snake to the floor (paraphrasing obviously)

I agree, the mag as a whole is good, but its ruined by so many spelling mistakes and the odd idiotic idea.
