when you are logged in, there is a "Search" button in the top right hand corner, type the name the person has given you in this box i.e Chrissy Rapsey and results will come up, find the person you want, and next to their name on the first line it will say "Add as Friend", click that and then click "Send Request"

Had a look , will keep an eye on it see how active it is . Mind you I just noticed there is a movie planned .
Oh and my 2 books arrived yesterday , I'm in the middle of Moretta atm and have books up to All the Weyrs now :)
I read Dragonsdawn first which was a good start seeing as how they were on the way to Pern :)
I use this to keep me on track which books to get next .
