This might sound strange, but has anyone got any ideas on how to cheaply make a full body penguin costume? Its for a web series me and a few freinds have been scripting...

Brilliant, thanks. We have figured out how to build it so next week we are starting building. Ill post pictures and a link to the first episode soon :D

Its more like a parody of a detective drama, only on an extremly low budget. Its called 'Officer Penguin' and we have scripted 12 episodes.
