I decided that Bella's all-glass viv wasn't so great for her due to the fact she had a cat sat at either end watching her every move. So, I printed out some forest canopy images and did a bit of decorating for her

(Bloody flash on my camera is massive - sorry Bella)

PS the viv has a mesh lid so it doesn't matter that the vent at the side is covered over does it?

Great idea of printing your own background. Might try that myself and laminate it as it has to go inside the viv.

And, as for the flash on your camera, try putting a bit of tissue paper over the flash. It should still light up the area but will difuse the harshness of it.

Perfecto, nice choice :)

In the evenings I throw a towel over it; keeps some heat and streetlamps also fill my room at night.
