Bless him! When I went to feed him last week he was just hissing and attacking his pinky! I ended up having to brain it for him to realise it was food! Took it no problem after that! As he was in the plants I could not see him propaly, so left him to it. I checked an hour later, no pinky! But as I changed his water he went to stike at me then went back in his hide! As I have added new plants I just assumed he was nervous and though ill give him a few days to settle with the new folage!!
Well after not seeing him for a few days, I thought Id check on him, lifted his hide to be greeted with a hiss and a strike (he missed!) and thats when I realised the little fellow is in shed!!! So I know I have a grumpy shedder, But at least it explanes all the grumpyness lol
He is due a feed today, or shall I leave it till he has finished shedding?

some people will leave it, others will still offer the feed while in shed.

i always feed as normal, mine take it everytime, in shed or not, although i havent tried it with the younger two yet as they are only just feeding.

Yea I had to brain it for him to take it, but he took it. I think he is trying to break his skin as he is rubbing against stuff now. So hopefully not long now!!
