hello everyone. its been ages since i last posted on here. thought i should give an update.
the grey ratsnake is now back where i got him and they are trying to tame him although it does not seem to be goin so well atm...
since i have got 2 new additions. as well as having a carolina corn, i now also have a black corn and a blue tongue skink!
i will have to put pics on here soon!

how many blue tongues you got?
any advice for me as its a new venture.
he burrows a lot is that normal?

Blue tongue skinks are cool. I asked Lewy to buy me one from the Lizard Lounge in Sheffield but he wouldn't

Rat snakes do take some taming, but you'll get there in the end

You'll have a lot of fun with yours, they're great lizards!
And yes, they love to burrow. Completely natural behaviour

lol mine burrows and probably wouldnt come out if he had the choice,
also put a couple locust in for him yesterday and he killed them and didnt bother eating them, but was worth a shot

btw when i got him they said he can eat cat food, so i gave it a go this morning and he loves it!

ye theyll eat more or less anything, mine loves egg, banana and pinkies,
he also enjoys the VERY occasional sirloin steak lol hes had some grapes, catfood and also muched a bit of coleslaw.

if its any help mines in a 3ft viv 2 ft tall and 2 ft depth.
i was shown an adult sized skink when i brought mine and it was 17yrs old and about 1ft and half 2 ft long includin the tail.
