Sorry about the slight rubbishness; the fella nicked the camera batteries for his XBox console so I had to take them on the phone. She properly struck and constricted her fuzzy tonight (and may have given me rather a fright when she did) - it's the first time she's done both and I'm such a proud mummy

swish!
Mine strikes but to no avail, and when he does get it, (it still makes me jump and nearly let go of the mouse!) he throws 2 very loose coils over it, flips over slightly and then it just.. fails.. with a loud tail rattle!!
Mine will get there I'm sure but enough with the thread hi-jack; she likes her food!! |

They are lazy and think the food will die of fright. Sometimes that Strike and consriction is so fast it does make us jump. |

Aw that's amazing, well done Bella!! :) I don't think Sneaky will strike or constrict anytime soon, he's still sooooooo shy when it comes to eating. |

Well done for catching it, and looks like a pinkie too, Gorgeous just looks at it as if to say 'what am I supposed to do with that?!' As I've said before, I think he's a bit 'challenged', LOL |

I was amazed she did it actually; apart from when she bit me a couple of weeks ago she's showed no interest in striking whatsoever. I've wiggled pinkies at her before but she's had no inclination at all; she just waits until I put it down and then noses it around a bit before having a lightbulb moment and realising it's food. I held this fuzzy (they are fuzzies; small ones though because she's only just moved up to them) by its back leg and wiggled it and she just went BAM!!! out of nowhere. Eeeek! |

Wish I could manage to get photo of Kellog as he strikes, but as I feed him in viv he always seems to choose a position that is not exactly right for a photo shoot! Especially when he strikes fast! Well done. xxx |
