Where shoud I feed my snake.
Ive been told that I should take him out of the viv and feed him in a tank, the idea being that he doesnt mistake my hand in his viv as food.
I notice that a few peeps feed their snake in the viv. |

like sc said it's upto the snake, some will flatly refuse to feed out of the viv and some will.I have slate tiles in my vivs to use as a "plate" to serve the prey on,stops it getting covered in substrate |

I feed Sneaky in his viv. I noticed he's a lot more comfortable and relaxed eating in his cave. |

As Anna does. I feed Rizla on an exo terra water bowl that only goes in the viv at feeding time. |

I feed all of mine outside the viv. 1- No chance of swallowing substrate 2- Any mess made with the mouse/rat is easier to clean 3- Gives me time to clean viv whilst feeding |

I feed Sid outside the viv on my lap, He seems quite happy with this arrangement. I have not fed Tango yet as he has just arrived. |

good points there remmy.
I always feed mine in a yellow box, I have been using my old exo viv so he's safe and in peace as I do not have a box with a lid. I use these are they are easier to clean then mouse guts over the viv, and it smelling like a roast dinner cooking in his home, he'd be in feeding mode till i clean it, which would be hard if he's thinking everythings a mouse since it'd smell so strong.
