jus droppin a line to say hi.. jus got ma first corn (hypo miami / crimson) need a bit of help with settin up ma viv, got a small viv, 2 hides a bowl, an a heat mat, but readin the destructions on the mat, im ment to put it under the viv?(its a plastic viv at the mo,is this right coz the temp is only reaching 73.f withought a light..
will post pics wen he's not so shy ( i think its a he?!

| no i wasnt given a stat, nor a digi thermomater, i was given 2 analogue ones. do i need a mat stat, or will a habistat thermostst surfice? i have a twin chanell one on route as im gettin his big viv ready for wen he grows up.. |

| that stat should be fine i use the twin channel ones on my mats. the analogue thermometers are not that acurarate. you can get digi ones of ebay for a couple of quid. |

how long should it take snakie (decided on a name, but dnt fink ppl will like, so shall be referd as snakie for now) to explore hes viv? im new to keepin corns, wel snakes in general, an he seems to jus stay in the one hide, jus dont want hem to get cold or out as its on the cooles side ov the viv. any sugesions, or am i jus gna have to wait for him?

I have found that when certain visitors turn up at inconvenient times, used to say we will come back. Since having the Snake I open the door with him on my arm they can not be seen for dust and not one has returned, |
