Heh. I must be the only person to get excited about it! We've been on holiday for a week and fed Bella as soon as we got home - she got a bit overexcited at the prospect of a meal and got my thumb instead of the pinkie. Really didn't hurt at all and I think she was more shocked than I was! I was quite pleased actually; it's the first time she's struck at anything.

She was in a right nowty mood last night though - rattling away like some big scary rattlesnake NOT. I can't help but laugh when she does it; it's so pathetic, this wee bootlace of a snake trying to be all threatening like. Heehee.

Its quite nice to finally get bitten isnt it? Not knowing how its gonna feel to get bitten makes you fear it more I think.

Congrats on your bite, lol

She did indeed draw blood; abou a 1000th of a millilitre. OH didn't believe she'd bitten me until he saw it.

I couldn't believe how much it didn't hurt! People are well impressed when i say I've been bitten by a snake now ;)

Lol, it didn't hurt when one of mine bit me - same thing, thought I was dinner! Did make me a bit wary though - cos I'm a wimp. I washed the bite, it was only a scratch, but it turned into little lumps and itched for ages - any idea why that was? Am I allergic to snake spit??
