Tony is fantastic, nice to see where my 4 and a half yr old is headed size wise so would be interested in his weight. Love that you have had him since he was a baby, have only had Kellog for 3 and a half months. Wonderful pics as well. Kellog is a ghost and am thinking that a Miami would look good next to him......maybe next time (soon) xxx

He is in pre shed right now. A snakes eyes glaze over before they shed, his eyes are black and dull yellow. When a snake is getting ready to shed it's skin the snakes scales will dull down from their normal colour like in the pictures above and then lighten up again 1 day 2 at most before it finally sheds. When your snake reaches a shed I believe it's best to leave them alone (apart from water changes etc.. I don't even feed tony when he's in shed because I know he won't take it)because when their eyes are glazed their sight is week and they can become stressed.

Surprised by that, Kellog is nearly a foot longer. He weighed 627g at last weigh-in, which was after a 13 week fast. Be very interested to know weight of Tony. xxx

yep! i think if that was my snake, they would be packed off down to fat fighters! but that is just me personally, and is no way intended to be a slur on IanHall09.
