Hi Gaz, if you're referring to Northampton Reptile Centre, I can assure you that you will be dealing with the best
We purchased both our Corns from them; they were happy to spend as much time with us as we needed (approx 2hrs) to help and advise what equipment etc was required to keep our Maizie & Smudge happy and healthy, despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon. Five years on, we still only ever deal with them.
I know Sam, the Manager, personally and have also dealt with the Owners and their Son; if you decide to pay them a visit and see Sam, please feel free to mention that Keri had recommended them to you
I would totally recommend a visit and I don't think you'll be disappointed at having driven so far. They're an extremely professional outfit and I think you'll struggle to find better.
You're more than welcome, Gaz; glad I could be of help
I really hope you find one you love, I'm certain you will, they've always got lots of lovely little shoelaces
Have a look round when you get there, they have some amazing reptiles etc, sooooo tempting and so difficult not to come home with a car-full good luck, would love to see pics once you've got your new baby!
You can actually see what animals they have in-store, on their website, just in case you hadn't noticed
Ooooh, whilst I'm sitting here thinking about it, I'd just thought I'd let you know that Sam's Mum, Sally, runs a reptile rescue and also does holiday boarding. So if you don't have anyone nearby that can board your reptile(s) when you're away, I can personally recommend her. What she doesn't know isn't worth knowing, as with Sam, and she absolutely loves the animals
The website is http://samsspecies.yolasite.com and as you will see, Sally & Sam have worked with various TV personalities, including Steve Backshall on Deadly 60
