Well, Oscar has had his first shed with me, and my first ever shed experience. Was nervous as didn't know what to expect...read all the guides on here and was prepared.
The only thing i was worried about was knowing if the eye caps had come off completley.
Pleased to say, i went out the room...came back about 30mins later and his shed was in the viv and he hasn't stopped showing off his lovely new skin since...he's really active gutted i missed it though!

Lol, they are real masters at not being seen and sneaking the shed in, when you leave the room. And, somehow, they seem to KNOW exactly, when you are pretending to have left the room ( and hiding, ninja style, just out of sight ) - or when you really need to leave... then they quickly shed. You can wait and watch all afternoon, then you go to put the kettle on, come back - and there's the shed! :-)

I'm so glad Oscar did a clean full shed . I always feel a sense of accomplishment when my snakes shed, which is daft because I don't have anything to do with it .
Sorry you missed it. I'm sure they do that on purpose, wait until our backs are turned and then quickly slip out of their old skin in time to show you their new colours. You've got years ahead of you to catch him shedding....just remember he won't make it easy .
Xxx
