Hiya guys. my adult corn has been very quiet for the last couple of months preferring to hide away. He is normally a very active. he is still eating a drinking. heat mat temp is 28.5 coolend 17.5. Any ideas. Thank |

Having a look at your posting history, you posted the same thing almost exactly the same time a year ago. Probably just down to the seasons, if he's been overly active earlier in the year it could be down to breeding season behaviours. Now that breeding season is coming to a close, he'll start to settle down and hide away.
He could also be due a shed, they do hide away for a while when shedding.
Or it could just be the way he is. I hardly ever see my females, they come out for a nosy when they want food and that's about it.
If he's still eating and drinking I wouldn't worry too much. |

That's actually normal behaviour for most corns Carl. I don't see mine until I get them out to handle them or feed them, except for during those months where their hormones send them silly and they're convinced they can escape to find a snake of the opposite sex . I do like this time of year because it means my vivs don't look empty and they are out showing off, but don't like the not eating part.
As Silverwings has said, as long as he's doing everything he should then I'm sure he's fine . Just keep an eye on him and any more worries don't hesitate to ask.
