My likkle baby finally arrived safe and sound amonst all the chaos of the storms we're having right now! She's now safely tucked up settling in! Sorry about the crappy photo, until my camera comes back from repair I have to rely on my iPod touch which is rubbish!

Actually, I'm starting to find myself less and less creeped out by tarantulas, some of them are even kind of....cute...lol. Wild spiders still make me screech though XD

She's a Poecilotheria metallica. Once full size she's going to be a gorgeous metallic blue! Photo to come!

Funnily enough, I'm still terrified of house spiders. They're very quick to bite and I nearly died as a child because of a Cardinal House spider bite! Tarantula's are much less prone to bite and are pretty docile.
