Completely normal :-). They go blue, then they clear for a couple of days ( sometimes, up to a week! ), and then they shed. Any day now, and you will have a new, shiny snake :-) |

Just as Razzee said :) My youngest has just gotten into Blue, her colours look duller, even milky in comparison to her bright contrast! Her eyes go cloudy, then she goes back to her usual self, and within a few days she sheds her skin. Got it on video once too its fab. Just make sure they have a moist hide or a higher humidity to help loosen the old skin from the new ready or shedding off :) |

The fact that his eyes seemed cloudy for just one day does make me wonder whether he is blue or not, or whether it was just a trick of the light. I know he hadn't been fed so you couldn't have missed a few days of him being blue. With most of mine their colour darkens as opposed to dulls.
I would be hesitant to put a moss hide in unless you are sure he's blue, you don't want to raise his humidity unnecessarily. If he is blue then hopefully he should shed fine in the next few days, even without the extra humidity. It's just a case of wait and see.
