would blue led's be safe for a gecko?

Which ones did you get? I've been looking for some for Phosphor and can't find any. I bought a blue night bulb from the pet shop, but it's so dark and can't see anything....not that he's out mind

For the moment i've got battery operated ones, as i'd just set up the viv, which took me an hour and a half and resulted in lots of swear words and 2 massive blisters, though i am not going through that again so quick haha!

But i just got them on ebay, the blue lights are sold out now though

Search for blue led lights and alot come up! There's plenty plug in ones too - i'll find a link for you

Do Ikea do colored LEDs? Mine are from maplins and are multicolored so i can chose which color i want

Ikea do multi colour LED's. But these are around £30
You do get plenty of lights though.
