So I weighed Jeff yesterday and the little chubstar is 36g he's now 6 months old. Now I know the same apply for Leos in that they all grow at different rates, but I was wondering if this seems alright or if am maybe over feeding a bit? I feed him daily but was thinking of offering every other day. So thoughts and opinions but appreciated |

They do get bulges etc if they get too fat. How often and what amount is he fed? |

I feed him daily rotating between meal worms, locusts and once a week he gets waxies, he has had calci worms and roaches previously too. Locusts he only tends to have 2-4 each time as he quickly loses interest, mealie any where up to 7 and waxies he usually has 3 or 4. On the occasions he has had the calci worms I offered as many as he wanted since they were quite small. Here's a pic of him:
I don't think he's fat but I was a bit worried about me offing too much and him getting fat! Am a bit neurotic :-) |
