OK, so thanks to listening to you incorrigible lot who obviously all overfeed their housies I decided to try Hermes on a fuzzy tonight. I reckon it must be the smallest fuzzy in the history of fuzzies - but still way too big for my dainty little guy...

.. like heck was it - he managed it easily I mean their mouths are just SO STRETCHY rofl. He does have a rather impressive bump now though

Sorry, no pics, just wanted to share with people who would understand my pride in my little guy

Well done Hermes

I'm constantly stunned by just how stretchy they are.

Ha ha, glad he enjoyed his massive dinner Where do you feed him? I've been feeding Caleb in his faun since we got him, but he's getting a little bit scary at feeding time, and ready to pounce when you take the lid off! Doesn't help that I'm such a coward lol.

I've never fed him in the faun - when he was very little he would only eat on my hand - but I soon changed that once he started striking lol. I feed him in a separate tub.

Way to go Hermes
My Hoggle needs to get the whole strike and coil thing, he just slithers over and eats.

I decided to feed him in a tub last night for the first time, and pleased to say he ate with no problem...he thrashed about so much it was lucky I put the lid on
What does Hermes weigh now? Just wondering when to put Caleb onto a fuzzy, he's 19 g now so should be big enough.

Lol glad to hear he ate in the tub OK - if a little ferociously!!

I didn't weigh Hermes this week, but he was 26g last week so maybe a gram more by now. He'll be a year next month. He was 21g when I moved him up to double pinks!

Aww Blackcat - Hoggle has just got more sense and realises the mouse is already dead and he doesn't need to go to the effort

I'll finish off the pinkies first then, have about 4 weeks worth left. I don't want to rush him, and he's gone from 7g-19g since I got him so has grown quite a bit
