Lol great pics - love the green! So you have 2 Fluffy's then?! Have we had any pics yet of the 'very old lumpy and bumpy anery' you have mentioned rehoming? I've been wondering when we would get to see that one.

Keh? two fluffy's? NO,NO,NO!

Fluffy:amel with Hearty head

Solar:amel motley-Sunglow?

Claudia:Bloodred-low expression pied sided

See never two fluffy's There Can Be Only One! never the same name twice well,m'be I'll have to have a 'Dave'just so that I don't get invaded by the dreaded Mc GMc Haggis army-intent on robbin'me Jaffa's away

Sad to say 5,000,000yr old anery has now been Euthanised He happily ate half grown ratty's and shed once but lumps esp. around vent grew rapidly and caused his various bits'n'bobs to prolapse.
My vet (actualy very good herp.vet) was of the opinion that little could be done that would improve his life IF he survived surgery at all.

I guess you can't win them all I console myself with the knowledge that he had a few good 'dinners'and seemed o.k. up until he started dangling out.
Sleep well Big Gee you're now in a place where the stats are set to 'Bliss'and the rodents are all fresh and abundant.xxxx

Oh no, so sorry to hear about the old anery. At least he got to have a few cuddles with you before he went, and you did the best for him, rather than risk him being in pain.

I'm still confused though - at the bottom of your post you have a bit saying so thats my Rainbowoh and so she doesn't feel left out:
Black

Then a photo of an anery, then you've put Fluffy, then another pic, which is why I thought you had 2 Fluffys?

Oh, that's a shame about the old chap. I've heard that tumors/lumps are something quite a lot of older corns suffer from. At least he had a nice life with you, and you have got all these gorgeous other scalies to look after....

OOOPS!
I grovel in utter shame at your powers of observation! all seeing and most Smart of ALL Bunnies.
You are of course quite correct:the Black Anery is of course the lovely and (forgiving I hope) THUMPER.

I now know NEVER to attempt to post during the day in the school holidays

Sorry about that folks-I'm wearing my 'Shame Face'

Lol sorry, didn't mean to embarrass you!! Just I didn't think you would have 2 snakes with the same name! I must have been particularly tuned in to her with a name like Thumper :P

Ha Ha! I live in a constant state of embarrassment-something to do with those five pesky loin fruits of mine
Now the very serious business of naming snakes, obviously once your past 'Dave'as an option Thumper and Fluffy arrived together as rescues for my eldest boy who named them.
Thumper after Little Britain;

'Wanna snake'
'but you said you don't like snakes-wouldn't you rather have a rabbit?'
'Wanna snake'
'what are you going to call your snake'
'Thumper'

So then if he'd chosen another snake it would logically have to be called 'Fluffy'
'Legs' and 'Wings' and 'Shelly' were thankfully rejected early on.Hmm begining to see the wisdom in 'Dave'
Life for these snakes was further complicated when it transpired that 'Fluffy'with the pretty heart head was a boy,and 'Thumper'was a girl-not the other way round as we were told
