With Kellogs, it is not a problem once fed, rarely see her. With Storm next day he is out nearly all the time trying to escape. Soooooooo do i ignore him or let him out??????? Oh and do hoggies usually give a poop warning like corns or not? Arrrrg he is looking at meeeeeeeeeee SEeeeeeee he wants to say sorry for pooping on me!!! And every few days i put the aspen back all even, and he has fun pushing it all back to the cool end!

Hm, this is probably not going to help with the temptation -but - I've read somewhere that hoggies have much faster metabolism, than corns, hence it would be possible he'd already digested the meal? I'm not so sure he wants to say sorry for pooping on you, my guess is he's plotting to do it again, and is doing his utmost best to entice you to take him out, hold him, and then....splat!!!! |

Yeah, much faster metabolisms which is why they need feeding every 4-5 days rather than weekly (until fully adult when I think it's weekly but not certain lol). I reckon if he's out and about he is requesting a cuddle :P :P :P |

I've followed the 2 day rule with my hoggie but he's the same as yours and is always out and about and busy. They are so active and fascinating to watch. |
