We all no that having a slighty higher incubator temp speeds up the incubator process and having a lower temp prolongs how long it takes. But the rumours about temps affecting the sex of each snake has it been proven to happen. Normally I incubate at 83-84ºf but this year I went for 80ºf and all my babies are female. So I just wondered if the temps do affect the sexes |

There are reptiles like turtles and crocks where gender is controlled by incubation temp. However, checking on the Internet it seems that all snakes' sex determination is due to genetics, similar to mammals. How many we're in the clutch? |

How strange. I don't think incubation temperature affects gender ratio in snakes. 13 females is a bit crazy. |

Temp shouldn't affect corns. We had a 7.8 split in the last clutch. Are you sure you're popping correctly? ;) |

Well unless my maths is up the spout. The odds are 1 in 8192 of this happening. Not Actually that unusual. |

I've read of higher temps producing more feisty babies that grow up to be a little more aggressive but not read anything about the gender. |
