The ones I've used seem to have set rates on runs, rather than charge per mile. I think they were between £35 and £45 AC Reptile Chauffeurs and Wild World Reptiles
Just make sure they are fully DEFRA qualified. RFUK is a good place to search.. (don't kill me..!) I think there's one called Reptiles Taxi or something.
I've used Wild World Reptiles and would definitely recommend them As figs said, they have set rates depending on which run you book onto. I think it was £35 for bringing my little Titan up from Bournemouth and that's closer to 300 miles than 200.
