They're here!!!

I chose a female and a male in the end, although depending on what Tim has ready at Donnie in September I could be tempted to get another female to make a trio...

I've yet to choose names but there's a few I like. Isis and Ra perhaps? I'm open to suggestions

I apologise for the quality (and quantity...) of photos, they are incredibly difficult to photo and very fast.

The female

An idea of size

(note, I don't have particularly large hands - they're just teeny! )

Male

Very interested in the camera

Now for the loooooong wait until I can handle them again, it's going to feel like forever!

Awww keep on asking Serena, if you can get a definite male they don't get very big so could hide away in a corner no problem!

Thanks smartbunny I know how you feel, after putting these guys away I noticed Titan popping his head out to see what was going on and thought he was huge! He's only a yearling but he is a giant compared to these tiddlers

How old is Hermes now? He's a pretty looking little chap.

The breeder had some hoggies too, only about a day out of the eggs, soooooo cute!

Thanks for the welcome lotabob. I'm actually pleasantly surprised by how mellow my two seem to be, although the breeder showed me one which had 'attitude' and was striking repeatedly open mouthed, charging all over the place! Quick little things.

mjpeters - believe it or not they can manage a mouse pink! Only just and only a very young one but they're surprisingly stretchy.

Blackcat - thanks for the welcome I think true olives are supposed to be the smallest of the pet species of house snake, I was shocked by how small they were when I first saw them. My two are actually a few months old. Hatched in March and April, so they have grown a fair bit since then! Crazy.

Thanks I've just been to search for some of the tiniest pinkies possible so that I can feed them once they've settled in. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes at the breeder's then I wouldn't believe they could even eat them!
