i know what you mean about cleaning... should be ok though as the wall plants are all held on with cable clips so will come off easily, the shelf unscrews and i have a teenage daughter who, since the snakes belong to her, can clean it lol |

That's brilliant Rachael ....although its made me look at my vivs and think how spa.r.s.e they look....had to get round to swearing filter ! It's a real jungle and your snake must love exploring. Beautiful snake by the way....is it Geraldine?
I'm afraid I laughed at your hope of your daughter cleaning it out....good luck with that one !

Yes that's Geraldine, she's a real sweetie & deserves some fuss- she was our escapee last year & was only found after the cats had a chew! Luckily she healed well & only has a few scars to show for her adventure. She has been babysitting Molds terrerium for a while now so deserves some extra space now Mold is big enough for her big girl viv. |

To be fair to my daughter- Eliza- she normally does all the viv cleaning unprompted so I'm not too worried about her doing this one too lol |

She is beautiful....and pretty amazing to have survived her ordeal with the cats.
I'm glad your daughter is so involved ....and seriously jealous !! There's no way my son would help out unless he was bribed, bullied into it....or blackmailed !

No, but my Luna won't poop in her viv at all. She likes to go in water, so I pop her in the bath every week or so since her bowl is too small. Haven't had to clean up poop in the 3 months I've had her ^_^ |

Unfortunately I don't think you can house-train a snake Isoldael....if you could then none of us would suffer the indignity of being pooed on !!
