Plus a sneaky one of freshly shed Prism the Colombian rainbow corn

In a few days I'll get one of Hermes as he shed this week as well - 3 snakes in blue plus a couple being fed meant not much snakey time last week

Lol - must be a bit tricky playing like that!! Thanks for your nice comments about Prism on that other thread (thought I would reply here rather than on that one lol!). Colombian markings tend to fade as they get older - some keep them a little, others end up fairly brown all over lol, but they keep the rainbow sheen. They are the most docile of the boas - Prism never even nipped as a youngster. She was hard work though - we got her aged 1 month with apparently 3 successful feeds (and mites :( ). She then didn't feed for 2-3 months until she was looking so skinny and limp that I tried assist feeding... which worked like a charm but we had to continue for quite a few months before she eventually started eating on her own fairly recently. Brazilians are very similar, although more striking colours and they keep their markings, although I believe they tend to hide away more than Colombians - have a peek on the rainbow boa forum if you are interested :) http://www.therainbowboa.co.uk/forum/
