Popped in to my reptile shop the other day to be showed a beautiful Irian jaya. Although he was sold he said he could get another male from the same clutch with the same coloration. My problem was money as I'm spending a lot over the next few weeks but when his wife, who's daughters I went to school with piped up " we can get him and hold it for you " !!! Well that was the baited hook lol so I'll be picking him up in two / three weeks time and the wife doesn't know yet hehe wwwuuuuuuup0pppppsssss
can't wait now

There's a carpet python for sale local to me,(not 100% certain exactly which once, a cross between a Jag and a Jaya or something) and it is so cute but I've been really good and not said I wanted it or anything lol!

Looks like you just got yourself an Irian Jaya Jag (definitely a jag but with carpets unless known it is almost impossible to tell complete genetic history) and a very nice one at that. How old is he? Looks really clean and some nice tipping on his sides, I can't wait to see some more pictures of him. When you go back to get him please ask questions regarding his breeding and who bred it if you can I would be interested to know (I am quite jealous he is a real stunner)

that was my train of thought Donnie lol. He wasn't sure exactly he age but reckoned about 6 months but as I said that is not a pic of the one I'm getting but should be identical as near as dam it. He's picking him up from a breeder in a village called wordsley west midlands on sat so I'll be getting him to find out the hatching date and blood lines

Best way to break it, is just sit in the lounge with him round your neck and act that you didn't know that he is there .
