My snake has been with me for 2wks this saturday. Just an update. Hes fed twice, due again tomorrow. But hes been in a blue phase so i think hel be shedding soon
I think his colour look so nice in the above pic |

Thanx. Is it normal for there eyes to go cloudy an then 3 days later his eyes are fine an no shed? |

Yep! Thats normal He should shed for you now within a couple of days |

He's doing well, bless him. It's perfectly normal for his eyes to clear, then he looses the dull look for a few days. You'll think you've missed him shedding, panic because you can't find the discarded shed, then hey presto, when you're not looking he'll appear all fresh, bright and wearing a beautiful new coat, leaving the old one behind!! |

Sorry nail technician I can't help it I'm the same when I watch tv Anyway your new snake is very cute I do have a soft spot for normals and I can't wait to see pics of him in his new clothes |

Don't worry if he refuses a feed until after he's shed - not all snakes will eat whilst in blue until they have shed. Looking forward to more pics in his new clothes :) |

Lol that's ok mine to I don't look after my nail after spending all day looking after other paoples and I don't get time to do my own nails as I am mum to 4 boys so I really have no room to talk I wasn't saying they look bad cuz they don't they look nice and I love the colour they just need an infill thats all |

It's totally fine. Should try make time as they match my hair lol. Come home from college and his face and bout 2 inch down has shed but rest of him hasn't although he looks peely |

Maybe you should give him a little warm bath to help him shed the rest and make sure he sheds his tail properly or over time the end of his tail will fall off |

He doesn't like the water.. Tried puttin him in bowl might try some warm cotton wool later?? As he's not skitty ATM |

He won't like it at first but its the best way when mine are that small I put them in a small tub with a lid with air holes and a little bit of warm water for about 20mins then put them back in there home and leave them alone over night and by morning they have shed |
