My Snakey is going a little mad atm and I was thinking about what I could breed him with in the future for some good morphs.
When I bought him I was told he is a "Hypo Stripe, 100% het Amel PH Motley"
What would a good female morph be and what would be the possible outcomes.
Also does anyone know of any good reading so I can become more educated on the whole Morphs, Genes, breeding stuff?

If I remember correctly he can't be het motley as that is dominant to stripe. In other words he would look Hypo Motley

if he's stripe then its impossible for him to be het motley so that can be ruled out ;)

If you want morphs first time around then you want something with any (or any combination of) these:
Hypo
Strawberry
Christmas
Stripe
Motley
Amel
Ultra

A good starting point to learn how it all works is http://www.vmsherp.com/LearningCenter.htm then take a look at http://iansvivarium.com/morphs/species/elaphe_guttata for photos of most of the morphs available, with a breakdown of what makes each combination etc. Another good tool is the genetic calculator at http://www.corncalc.com/ that you can play with to get some idea of probability outcomes.
