Hi quick question, how long do you leave between feeds when feeding on medium mice. My 16 month old male corn is on 1 small every 7 days and im thinking about feeding doubles until im happy that he will be ok on mediums. Would I leave it longer than 7 days between feeds or stick to 7 ? Thanks :)
Zeus went straight from smalls to mediums (I felt two smalls were more than one medium, thus would be dropping down if I doubled smalls before putting onto mediums). I also still feed him at weekly intervals but can be a little hit and miss with feeding so sometimes goes 8 or 9 days. The size of smalls and mediums can be very similar depending on suppliers so use your own judgement Hope this is of some help - I'm sure others will give their own opinions on the subject.
Depending on the snake. I fed small as and mediums every 7 days whilst still grown. I would feed to smalls as above it would be more than a medium. Mediums are not that much bigger to be honest. Giving double smalls could cause a regurge due to the length c

I only fed him 2 smalls last night for the 1st time so I need to buy more food soon. So I will move him straight to mediums if you think its better than feeding in doubles. Thank you :)
I found there was not a huge amount of difference with my supplier between smalls and mediums - and in fact between mediums and large! I definitely wouldn't feed 2 smalls as in my case that would have been much more food than 1 medium :)
