Hey everyone, eventually we are going to get a couple of beardies just looking for some info/advice on housing as ideally I'd love them to live together.,how do I go about making sure this is safe for them and they will like it? Do they have to come from same place already having been together or not? Also do you need double the basking spots etc so they can bask on their own

Many thanks

Holly

Haya im picking up two beardies at the weekend and posted for some advice here is the link
http://www.thecornsnake.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=27111

I intend to do what was advised on here..a uvb bulb across the back and one basking buld with a guard. Im going to keep mine together for the first year until can definatly sex them and if needed then seperate. I have a 4 foot viv exotic going to use to house the pair. Ive got mine from same place as it is simpler to do, less chance of deseises etc.

Beardies r great fun , although mine are housed separately ( easier to tell who eating/pooing fine ) . One suggestion I will make is to buy your locusts online as this brings the cost down dramatically. I wish you fun

I order from livefood UK but there are loads of places on the net. I have a growing collection of beardies so get away with ordering quite a lot. There delivery speed is quick
